Return / Exchange Policy

At Purav Light, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return, exchange, cancellation, and refund policies carefully before placing an order.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Any delivery-related queries should be sent to our support team at puravligh@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 88609-92765.

  • Product returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only in cases of:

    • Wrong product delivered

    • Wrong size delivered

    • Damaged or defective product received

  • Refunds are applicable only for incorrect, damaged, or defective products delivered by us.

If You Do Not Like the Product

If you are not satisfied with the product, you may return the unused product within 36 hours of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Product must be unused and properly packed.

  • Return courier charges must be paid by the customer.

  • Customer must inform us on WhatsApp (88609-92765) before shipping the product.

  • Refund will be processed only after inspection and approval of the returned product condition.

Important: WhatsApp intimation is necessary for warehouse tracking purposes.

Exchange Charges

Purav Light will not charge exchange fees if the customer receives:

  • Wrong product

  • Incomplete set

  • Incorrect style

  • Damaged item

Handmade Product Disclaimer

Most of our products are handmade. Minor variations in size or color up to ±2% are considered normal and acceptable.

Damaged Product Claims

For damaged products, customers are requested to share:

  • Product photos

  • Invoice photo

via WhatsApp or email to initiate the claim process.

Non-Returnable Categories

  • No return or exchange on Buy 1 Get 1 orders.

  • Carpets and rugs are non-returnable, including products under Buy 1 Get 1 offers.

  • Customized orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Return Intimation

To initiate a return, please email us at puravligh@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Order Number

  • Courier Docket Number / AWB Number

  • Reason for Return

All products sold by Purav Light are 100% genuine, and we are committed to providing a smooth shopping experience.


Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment.

  • Full refund will be issued for prepaid orders.

Orders are usually dispatched within 8 hours of placement, so cancellation requests should be made quickly.

Note: Partial order cancellations are not accepted.


Refund Policy

  • Refunds are initiated within 4–8 working days after approval.

  • The credited amount may reflect in your original payment account within 4–8 business days, depending on banks and payment gateways.


Mode of Refund

For cancelled or approved returned orders, refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase, including:

  • UPI

  • Debit Card

  • Credit Card

  • Net Banking


Customized Orders

Customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for:

  • Return

  • Exchange

  • Replacement
